July 2012 - Axis sponsors Ballater Highland Games on Royal Deeside

Axis Well Technology is proud to sponsor the annual Ballater Highland Games on Thursday 9th August at Monaltrie Park, Ballater. The Ballater Games form part of the rich tradition of Deeside and have been held every year from 1864, apart from during the two World Wars. Events such as the Glenfiddich Heavy Events Championship and the Grampian Games.Qualifying Championship, which encourages younger athletes in the heavy and field events, are just two of the attractions of the day along with the firing of a military 25 pounder to signal the start of the hill race.A concert in the evening with a fine selection of Scottish talent completes the day.
