This is a fantastic achievement for them and I offer my heartfelt congratulations to the organisation. Investors in People is a management framework which helps businesses reach their potential through their employees and optimise performance by equipping them with outcome driven tailor-made approaches. Organisations that demonstrate IIP standards achieve the accreditation through an honest and critical assessment to determine performance and success. Almost 1,500 organisations in Scotland are working with IIP which provides advisory services to help businesses enhance their performance.Peter continued: The Investors in People framework not only recognises and supports organisations in the training and development of people, but marks them out as an employer of choice. IIP provides advisory services that deliver value-led strategic approaches angled towards business objectives. IIP supports the efforts of organisations like Axis Well Technology across the private, public and third sectors, who believe that people are the key to success, by providing advice and guidance, business assessment and advisory services. Axis started on the IIP journey early in the company's history when it achieved entry level IIP status in 2005 and soon set its sights on attaining the Bronze accreditation in 2012. Using the IIP framework, the company continued to push ahead with several new initiatives with the aim of one day achieving Gold accreditation.Axis is a market leading oil and gas consultancy delivering Well Technology and Reservoir Development consultancy support to their extensive global customer base from offices in Aberdeen and London.Jim Anderson, CEO of Axis Well Technology said: We are extremely proud at Axis to have attained this tremendous accolade of Gold Status from IIP, which salutes the total commitment of the company in its approach to how it develops, mentors, communicates and manages it's fantastic workforce.
